Checks will be deposited upon receipt. There is a $30.00 charge on all returned checks. U. S. SHIPPING
All orders are processed daily. Some products that may freeze during shipment are shipped to avoid weekend travel and possible freezing during winter. Use full street address: Ground delivery service does not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
Crystal Creek® ships to Canada. Call for a shipment quote. Taxes and duties are billed to the client’s credit card when we receive the amount from our broker.
SMALL PACKAGE PARCELS – LOST/DAMAGE PRODUCTS
(i.e.UPS, Speedee, etc.) Inspect all packages for damages/shortages at time of receipt. Report any discrepancies within 24 hours. Save the original shipping package and its damaged contents until inspection has been completed by the specific carrier. Upon review, credit may be issued and product returned or discarded. If the product(s) and package are not obtainable for inspection, no credit will be processed.
LTL SHIPMENTS: – LOST/DAMAGE PRODUCTS
Any product(s) discrepancies must be noted on the freight bill and reported to our office within 24 hours. Freight bill must be signed by customer and driver noting damage and/or shortage to be considered for credit/replacement. When receiving shipments, sign for total pieces not pallets. When a shortage occurs, a signed freight bill by the driver showing shortage must be submitted (scanned/faxed) to Crystal Creek® within 2 business days of receipt.
RETURN PRODUCT POLICY
Return Goods Authorization
- Contact Crystal Creek® and explain reason for return. Crystal Creek® will review and determine if a return of goods will be approved. Any unauthorized product returns or shipments will be rejected and/or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- Freight charges are not credited.
- When there is an order entry/picking error resulting in the wrong item being shipped, the item can be returned for restocking within 30 days of receipt and no restocking fee will be applied.
Product unacceptable for return
- Product that was not authorized for return.
- Product packaging that has been opened or seal has been tampered with.
- Containers/packaging not suitable for resale.
- Outdated and/or discontinued products – vendor policy
- Special order items
Defective or Out-dated Product
- Product with manufacture defects will be handled according to each manufacturer’s policy.
- Dated product must be returned within the vendor’s guidelines.
